Q. I'm having problems constructing my cardboard boxes
A. We use a trusted third party secure server (see http://www.sagepay.com). This system is based on encrypted data. It is designed to refuse any transactions which pick up the slightest interference, so only a password encrypted and perfectly clean transaction will be processed. If you are in any way uncertain, please give us a call and we can take your payment over the phone or accept a cheque by post.
A. Since 1993 we have been supplying packing and moving supplies from our factory and warehouses. In the summer of 2000 we launched the PacknMove.co.uk web site.
A. We have a made-to-measure box service which can be used for unusual box requests. However, if it is a standard packing item, just let us know and we will get it for you and add it to the site.
A. Click on the buttons on the top left of the screen to browse through our products. This way you can check prices, print out items of interest, etc without ever needing to order. The only way you will enter our secure payment service is if you press the Proceed to Checkout button. Otherwise just do not enter any Credit Card details until you are sure you want to purchase.
A. Although rare, sometimes software compatibility can cause difficulties. Just contact us and we can call, fax or email you to resolve any problems.
A. You can add items separately. The Packs and Kits do offer extra discounts, so it is a good place to start, otherwise you can pick-and-mix items separately from our product categories and make up your own tailor made kit.
A. Each time you select items from any section of our Catalogue, they will be placed in your shopping basket and you can continue shopping or browsing through the rest of the site until you are ready to purchase. The entire order will be calculated at checkout and everything will be delivered at the same time.
A. We work very hard to ensure that the couriers we use provide a fast and reliable delivery service for our customers and have a very high success rate. Our standard delivery time is easily achievable in most circumstances and normally delivery will be quicker than stated. However, occasionally delivery vans do get stuck in traffic, break down or get lost. If you do experience any problems with your delivery, simply contact us and we will do our very best to sort it out as quickly as possible.
A. PacknMove is an environment-friendly company and all our cardboard products are fully recyclable. In addition, most of our boxes contain recycled content. We have an internal environment-friendly policy which is focused on maintaining and improving our standards. Our aim is to minimize waste to lower our consumption of natural resources. Each of us has a stake in preserving resources for future generations by reducing the amount of material we send to landfills. The largest single source of waste paper collected for recycling is corrugated boxes. Please do your part to recycle.
A. Yes. Most of our products are of a high quality and designed to be flat packed and re-used. It is a good idea when dismantling, to cut any packing tape rather than rip it off to avoid any unnecessary damage.
A. In each of the Catalogue sections (blue boxes to the top left of the screen) are various products. When you find an item you want to purchase, choose a quantity and click Add to Basket. Keep doing this until you have all the items you require. You can see what you have ordered by clicking on ‘View Basket’.
A. When you are ready to pay, click Proceed to Checkout. You will enter a data encrypted safe payment secure server and you will be asked to add your credit card and delivery details. Only when you click Confirm is the transaction completed.
A. Either call us or email your telephone number and we can call you to discuss your preferred method. We can process orders over the telephone with a credit card or we can accept cheques by post.
A. If you are not completely satisfied with the items you receive, please notify us within 7 days of receipt of the goods. We will then arrange for the delivered items to be returned to us, and will refund the money you have paid, less the cost of the return carriage. In this instance, please telephone the PacknMove customer services team on freephone 0800 698 5101 . Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
